How this account can have ETH without get “IN” transactions?

I'm currently checking the owner's account of BUNNYROCKET and I don't understand how he can have ETH when he has never had "IN" transactions.

Another thing, how did he create the token BUNNYROCKET when the tokens come from "Black Hole: 0x00000..000"?
