How ETH 2.0 will manage protocol updates?

Hello everyone! I'd like to ask you one thing. What about updates in Ethereum 2.0 network? I mean, will it be forks, like in the current Ethereum version, or next Ethereum upgrades (in ETH 2.0) will be seamless, like in Tezos?
