Should i bother overclocking?

So I was doing some research online and seems like people are overclocking and achieving around 24MH/s but with my 3060Ti LHR i am achieving this straight out the box just fired up trex and this is what it's reporting as it scrolls along doing it's thing. I'm brand new to mining so i have no idea if this is some sort of estimate, and that it will go down over time or what?
