I have polygon eth and want to bring it into etherium blockchain eth?

I have some polygon eth from opensea that I would like to convert to etherium blockchain eth. Is there any I can do this without incurring gas fees. I was thinking sending it to my coinbase wallet and converting it there? Any ways to minimize me having to buy matic tokens or high gas fees?
