actual gwei vs. Coinbase Wallet?

Gastracker (for example) is telling me this transaction will cost 88 gwei (fastest) when i go to do it in coinbase wallet it tells me that 88 is too low and that 120 is normal, 130 fastest. obviously i want to save gas but dont want my transaction stuck @ $55/swap. anyone have experience with this? TIA!
