Buying with fiat

Hello, I am in the US and I need some eth for gas fees on a very time-sensitive transaction. I have tried to purchase via simplex and moonpay but America doesn't allow citizens to spend our money how we want. Exchanges take multiple days to approve fiat injections and allow withdrawal. How can I obtain some eth? pls help
