Any Platform out there, where you could offer a financial RVN-Asset?

I just got notified, that Marketplaces can't be use to offer Dividend Assets, since it would be regarded as securities. Is there actually any Platforms yet, where you could even offer such financial assets? Or even something like "who ever is the owner of this RVN-Asset has belonging rights to Item XY (which isnt an artpiece but more like a House or Car)"?

I mean, one of the Ideas behind Ravencoin was, that distributing profits or showing proof should be easy with ravencoin (also low transactions fees). I haven't seen once an usercase tho, where it was actually uses as intended.

Am I missing something here? Oo
