L2 to L1 faster transaction

Guys i deposited 300 ETH from Ethereum L1 to Arbitrum L2.Now i want to Bridge L2 to L1.Arbitrum bridge takes 7 days to settle.Is there any another way to bridge L2 to L1 instantly?
