3080 LHR HiveOS Hashrate jumping

I have a decent mining operation going on but I have one card that's throwing me for a loop. I have a single ASUS 3080 LHR hashing Ravencoin and it bounces between 37-47 MH/s, depending on how much power it draws. I have it set for 100/2400/270, but it does not always pull 270W. It does this with both T-Rex and NBMiner. It is the only card that acts this way with RVN. Any tips for HiveOS on how to stabilize this 3080?
