More ETH news?

Can anyone explain how the ETH development process is? I am hungry for updates on, how things are going. It does not satisfy my hunger to read that next milestone is The Merge, which will happen between 2021Q4 and 2022Q3. There must be some internal "project plan", where it's possible to see which parts are currently being developed/reviewed/tested/deployed or similar.

Can anyone make me more clever on this?
