Rave Coin mining

I want to try mining ether. Can someone guide me on which graphics card will be the best to use for it? The electricity cost in my city is:

Off-Peak (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) Weekdays,

all-day Weekends and holidays8.2 ¢/kWh

Mid-Peak (7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.) Weekdays11.3 ¢/kWh

On-Peak (11 a.m. to 5 p.m.) Weekdays17.0 ¢/kWh

I don't know which pool to join either so if someone can help me with that, that will be great 🙂
