How much ETH do you hold to move your ETH based crypto?

I have a minimal amount of ETH but have a few ETH based crypto. With the gas fees what's a good amount of ETH to hold for moving each? Is the network fee the same for all or does it change based on which one you're trying to move? Just planning ahead of possible if I want to cash out on some. Thanks!
