High temperature and power usage when mining RVN

So, I just switched from mining ERGO to RVN and I noticed a huge difference when it comes to temperature and power usage. I am currently running a 4GB RX 570 (1100, 900 Core clock) (2000, 875, Lvl. 2 Timing Memory Clock ) with a 130W at above 70°C .

Is it safe to mine with that temperature?

Are there any tips you can give me to lower the temperature and power usage?
