New Miner Here; Asking for Advice

Hello Everyone,

I have a mining rig with a few GPUs now. I used to mine ETH, now I want to start mining RavenCoin.

1. If I want to move my mined coins from the pool to my wallet, should I pay any price? How much?
2. Is there any pool that allows me to move my mined coins directly to an exchange wallet account?
3. If yes, how much should I pay to change my RVN to ETH on the said exchange wallet?
4. I used HiveOS to mine ETH. Can I use it to mine RVN, as well?

P.S.: I already searched this subreddit, but couldn't find out the answers I was looking for. So, if the answer has been there, but I haven't been able to find it, excuse me.
