Helping getting ether out of an old KeyStore file

Help would be greatly appreciated.

I have an old keystore file from a few years ago. I think I was using geth at the time. I just cannot seem to get geth caught up so I cannot send or receive or even check my balance. Never mind the amount of space and internet bandwidth it consumes in the process.

Is there a tool (For Windows or Ubuntu) that I can use to transfer the balance out to an online wallet?
