Can someone explain to me why Internet 3.0 might be desirable WITHOUT using censorship as a reason?

Just as the title says. Is the Internet 3.0 supposed to be more efficient in some way than our current internet? Why would people flock to use it besides not being censored? What would create demand for Internet 3.0?

I know that it’s revolutionary technology, I just want someone to explain to me why this revolutionary technology will be the future of the internet and not just some really cool concept that no one ends up using.
