help! instability! (RX 590, RX 470, lhr 3070)

The 3070 lhr has 28mhs (it should be 33) on average and the other 2 AMDs have between 7 and 9mhs when they should give approximately 11-12 (together 22), why?

If I try to configure the clocks it shows me a black screen and I have to restart yes or yes

The rig working in optimal conditions should give 55 mhs (I'm talking about ravencoin)

I tried to install HiveOs with a 16gb usb, every time I start with the pendrive it seems to install and then I get a black screen for a long time.

How can HiveOs be installed on an HDD? I have not found any useful tutorial.
