failed transfer showing on block as completed

i attempted to make a wallet transfer which ive done in the past just fine, this time transaction failed. so ive tried again and again with same result for the last 5 days. well today looking at etherscan.io i noticed it says the first transaction that failed 5 days ago succeeded. anyone got insight or is able to help me get my funds moved
