Can I run two 3060 ti on a Lenovo Ideacentre K410 desktop? (Specs inside.)

I have two 3060 ti (LHR) I got at MSRP, and want to use them for mining. I've been doing a lot of research, but it's challenging to focus in on a plan, because of how much info is out there.

Before I buy a budget mining motherboard/cpu/whatever, I thought I would see if any of my existing equipment could work.

This desktop is from around 2013, but I've read that old PC's can sometimes run a few cards for mining. I would need to buy a PSU (750W or 850W, I suppose), but can the motherboard/cpu run the two cards? One card in the x16 slot, and a riser into an x1 slot? (I'm not really clear on the PCIe/lanes stuff.)

Motherboard:

Lenovo CIH61MI V1.1 – Full specs.

1 PCIe x 16

3 PCIe x 1

CPU: Intel Pentium G645

Cards:

EVGA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti FTW3 ULTRA, 08G-P5-3667-KL

EVGA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti XC GAMING, 08G-P5-3663-KL

If this doesn't sound viable, I would appreciate any recommendations for a board/PSU/CPU.

Thanks for any help!

(FYI: I have newer Dell PC's, including one with a RTX 2060 in it, but they use proprietary connections on the motherboard, so I can't easily upgrade the PSUs in them. That being the case, I figured the Lenovo was the strongest candidate out of all the PC's I have.)
