Anyone’s Hashrate Fluctuating?

I've been mining Ravencoin for a while and recently had a chance to get a 3060 TI. It's LHR for ETH so I put it to work on my Ravencoin rig.

I've noticed this card seems to fluctuate a lot. It's hashate ranges between 23.5 and 24.4. The temp goes up and down as well, between 53 and 63 degrees Celsius.

My overclock settings are: Power Limit: 125 w Core Clock: +0 MHz Memory clock: +1100 MHz

Anyone else experience this? Is it normal?
