riser led colors

so I know obviously green is the led we all go for. and I know sometimes risers have 2 leds. does anyone use a riser that has a yellow and red led on all the time (2 seperate leds)

I ask bc I have a riser that is this. and was this before I had a GPU in it. anyone shed some light on if they have one like this?
