4G decoding disabled helps me

I just started another rig using the gigabyte b460 hd3. It has 5 pcie slots and I plan on using 4. I plugged my first GPU in worked great. 2nd worked great. 3rd and I got stuck in the boot loop.

Tried all kinds of settings people recommended in bios and one of the last things I tried was disabling the 4g decoding setting. Never would have thought this because everyone says to enable it.

Saved bios and windows loaded . Not sure why or if anyone else had this same issue. I am about to try a 4th and see what happens .
