3080ti or 3060ti

Im new to mining.I’ve searched a lot and can’t find more info of 3080 ti minimg rigs or 3080 ti vs 3060 ti.Only for the 3080 model.It seems that there is no big interest in 3080 ti but why?I want to build my own rig but for what i have read and watched it seems that 3080 ti is like having 2x 3060 tis.Cant decide which GPU is best for me considering Ethereum moving to PoS in some sort of time.Anyone having experience with those two and what brand/make/model particularly?
