Raven Trader – setup guide video?

I have used this link https://niftysynth.com/?p=362

To install Raven Trader Pro, but i get an error at Step 5 with

" pip install -r requirements.txt", incorrect or can't be found.

Does anyone know what cause it? Would be nice, if there is a video guide to actually install it.
