Question – Coinbase

Quick question. Have you guys had any problems with staking Ethereum in Coinbase? My balance sometimes goes blank, like it resets to zero. Is that normal? Luckily it came back up, but not sure why that happened. It was zero for 3 days, and then it went back to the normal balance.
