Ravenpool.ninja Payout Schedule & Turn Off Payout

I get the no fee and the 5 coin payout minimum. Anyone know… What time(s) of the day they schedule the payouts? A way to turn off payout so if I end up overmining (like 7) and don't like the platform I'm not leaving coins on the table? But could turn it back on when done mining to get the full 7 coin balance.
