2 rig 8 rx570 4gb. 7hrs 1 has 700 shares and other has 100. Need help. Thanks

Hi! I have 2 rigs but the share of each one is so different. Can anyone please explain whether the share important or the hashrate from the pool more important. I have confuse about it. I tried to adjust to make it even. My rtx 3080 has only 50 shares in 7hrs but hashrate 46.5 but pool is 70mhz. 180 core 1200mem 270w. Thank you.
