RTX 3080 founder’s edition — LOW hashrates

I am new to GPU mining, and just followed instructions from YouTuber "Son of a Tech" to start mining through nbminer and the 2miners pool. I'm on a 24-core AMD system with an RTX 3080 founder's edition (NOT a "light hashrate" marked card), and I'm getting like 19-20 MH/s hashrate. Can't figure out what is wrong. Latest nvidia driver is installed. My system otherwise tears through apps and games, pretty much takes anything I throw at it. Any advice on how to improve the hashrate would be appreciated. I keep reading about 85-92 MH/s with this card, so I know my hashrate is super low.
