Can someone ELI5 Arbitrum? If I have a dApp running on Ether right now what are steps to integrate etc.

Hello, I'm looking for some more info on Arbitrum in terms of vs other L2. I am involved with a protocol running several dApps on Ethereum (but not a dev or anything like that). My questions are basically

What is the advantage to moving to Arbitrum? (low fees etc.)

What would be the process to migrate? Difficulty?

Say the token is also on Ether am I going to have another liquidity pool etc?
