Where can I find my txID number when I can’t see the history of the transaction. I sent usdt from kucoin to binance and probably selected an unsuported chain.

There has to be something that can be done ? I'm new to this and didn't know some of these 'chain' network options are not an option. Can someone help me out please ? The transaction is supposedly non existant. neither in kucoin or binance is there a history. I do have the intitial transaction from binance to kucoin. I tried buying coins, didn't work and decided to send the 'usdt' back to binance. that's where It got 'lost'.

Kucoin sent me to binance for help. now binance tried to do the same but now they're asking for my TXid.
