3070Ti Game Rock OC High VRAM Temperature

Hi, Anyone of you guys experiencing high VRAM temps for the 3070Ti Game Rock??

Currently having 110C VRAM temps and very low hashrate.

Already tried replacing thermal pads with Extreme Odyssey Thermal pad 1.0mm and it did not do anything.

Any info is welcome.
