Added another 3060, but mining rewards haven’t gone up

I added another 3060 to my rig now (3060 x 4), went from about 70 MH/s, to about 93 MH/s, but after 12+ hours my rewards on 2miners stayed the same. Checking the website it looked like my worker only had around 70. Why wasn't the extra hashpower recognized? Changed to flypool and even though the website there seemed to indicate that I was getting around 90, the rewards were still lower than I was expecting. I am still pretty new/casual with the whole mining thing. Is there a certain amount of time I should expect the pools to catch up to my actual hashrate? Am I doing something wrong or being impatient? Spending hundreds of dollars on a card seems pointless if I am not going to benefit from it.
