I have a question. Can i mine 2 different Algorithms on 1 PC

I have heard that you can set in the .bat file which graphics card the miner (trex) uses. Can i mine ETH with 2 GPU´s and RVN with a LHR card at the same time on the same system with 2 instances of trex miner running? If yes can you pls tell me what command i have to paste in the .bat file? Appreciate every bit of help!
