Evga 3060ti ftw3 vs xc? Temp difference

I always bought 3060ti ftw3’s but have a chance to get a cheap 3060ti xc.

With overclocks it’s will probably mine about the same. But what cooling?

Will the 2vs3 fan make a difference? thanks
