Where to Stake ma ETH?

Noob here. I have ETH sitting on my coinbase pro account. I also have a trezor where I’ve transferred some BTC in the past. Could I stake ETH if I transferred it to my trezor? Can you even transfer ETH to a trezor? Or should I transfer it to Coinbase and stake it there? Should I transfer it to a different exchange and try and get a better rate? Any advice would be appreciated.
