Does it matter if the card is LHR?

Hi all miners, today i buyed 10×3080 nonLHR, im gonna start mining but i can't decide the coin. I'm stuck between ETH and RVN. I know mining ETH is going to be difficult. What do you suggest I do? What is hashrates for 3080? How can I calculate the forecast revenue of 10×3080's with the 5000 Block reward?
