best sources to learn

I am very new to crypto and my knowledge is very limited. I have a Binance account and some money on ETH but going through this sub and reading all your posts I realize I am very behind on terminology and general knowledge. Terms like GAS are new to me, the use of a crypto wallet out of the app (i thought Binance will handle that but I see many of you recommending HW wallets..)

Long story short, do you know of any resource that will give me more than introduction to all this?

Also deposit fees (1.8% Binance), I see P2P transfers have no fees but I am not really sure what it is about?
