Is Etherum Code legit?

As titled, my relatives sent me a link (https://flowsoffers.com/the-etherum-code/index.html) asking whether I heard it before (and no I didn't).

I am not asking the programming code itself, but a crypto(?) named Etherum Code.

Not sure where to ask but here might give me some hints of what it is/should we trust it.
