Rx470 4g Flash question

So I was having an error initially with the ativbwinflash, when I hit program it would say something like, error vti card not found something like that, I fixed that by uninstalling the program with the uninstall tool that came with it, and then running the install process as administrator, then running atiwinflash.exe in administrator as well worked.( Not using the CMD.dot method. ) but in doing all that I had ran the patcher before flashing because I just thought the error was a fluke but it had gone thru but obviously that not how it worked lol, because when I did get atiwinflash.exe to work I then got the successful bios flash message. But I'm here because it seemed the bios flash did nothing but the patcher actually gave me a slight boost. All this was over 4 hours lol, but I had ran nbminer for RvnCoin as that's what I'm OC/UV the card for. I ran the miner after the pixel patcher was done.(before flash) And my hash went from 6-7mh, to 7-8mh, but then after doing the bios flash, I did try and run the pixel patcher again but it just said, PATCHED, on everything instead of ,FOUND, so then I restarted my system. And ran the miner again same oc as before, with no change after Flash 7-8mh. The max I got 8.8mh playing with it but i wasn't accepting as many shares as 8.1mh, Other information: -drivers installed are the most up to date from amd software, -windows operated -compute mode is turned on via amd software. -elpida memory, I've tried every OC recommended setting, along with my own trial error. -Rog Strix Rx470 4gb, Any recommendations are welcomed please help😥 I would like at least 12mh
