Using two miner for multiple gpus

Hello, I have two 3060 running ethash using phoenixminer and getting around 94 mh/s with dummy hdmi plugs and pcie 3.0 x16 ribbon cables I want to expand my little mining rig I'm considering buying another two 3060 I know I can't run them fully unlocked on ethash So I'm considering running kawpow Can I run two gpus on 1 miner to mine eth and another miner e.g. Nbminer to mine ravencoin?
