Is Hedera Hashgraph the POS version of Ravencoin?

Hey everyone-Big Ravencoin fan.

I came across this crypto called hedera hashgraph. It sounds like a Stake version of Ravencoin. Does anyone else have this view or could you explain any key differences between rvn and hedera besides POW and POS?
