on what crypto exchange should i store my CRYPTO? (EU citizen)

Hi, im currently mining ethereum at ETHERMINE, and my crypto is stored at Coinbase&Coinbase Pro. And I am actually pretty concerned about the coinbase reviews, and their customer support, which i heard is literally non existant, so im scared that im gonna lose my money there. I have less than 1000€ in crypto, so i guess i dont need hardware wallet for now. So, where should i store my crypto? Thanks
