Will Bitcoin someday live on the Ethereum blockchain?

Really interesting interview from Justin Drake on the Unchained Podcast:

Tl;dr: He discusses how Bitcoin’s path of reducing issuance over time until the blockchain is solely relying on transaction fees will a) dramatically reduce the security provided by PoW and b) incentivize movement of BTC the asset to bridge over to other Layer 1s (most likely Ethereum). Haven’t heard this thesis before – thoughts?
