Shud I worry about power outages(2-3 tims daily)– turns off my rig outright ?

I don't have a UPS and I don't think it would help coz of the power my rig pulls , so every now and then a power outage happens ( in my part of my country, it's fairly common) ,like 2- 3 times a day and my rig just goes offline as there is no power , I have set it to turn on and start mining with some tweak in the bios.

But am anxious to whether these occasional power outages(2-3 timss daily) will damage my hardware in any way ?

I have an NVME SSD where my OS – HIVEOS ( primary mining OS ) and a windows OS is on.

I only use this rig for mining and nothing else

And.yes I have a monitor also attached to it
