Safe Asus TUF 3090 Mining Temperatures?

Hey all! Can someone check my temps to make sure I'm not destroying my GPU? 😅 I am pretty new to mining outside of NiceHash and have seen higher temperatures when mining other coins like ERG and now RVN, which I want to mine for the long term.

These are my temps as of GPU-Z:

GPU Temperature: 72c
Memory Temperature: 106-108c
Hot Spot: 99-101c

I assume these are bad so I have stopped mining for now, but would love to get back into it. Does anyone have any suggestions for a total noob on how to get better temps? Any and all help would be appreciated 😁
