Using ledger to restore eletrum wallet?

So I created my wallet with my ledger and moved my holdings out of exodus. But if I were to delete the electrum program and reinstall(or HD crash, or whatever), how do I restore it?

Is there an option on the ledger itself when I reinstall the desktop program? Or do I choose "import ravencoin addresses" and the ledger handles it? I just want to make sure there isn't a seed phrase I need to write down other than the ledger one.

I've done a bit of searching but everything I've found is either how to restore the ledger itself, or how to restore electrum without using the ledger during creation.
