What is your preferred DeFi interest generating product?

For simplicity, I am only including simple vaults which generate yield via either the same asset deposited or stablecoins, as opposed to the yield primarily deriving from governance tokens emissions since those tend to be time-limited incentives and more geared towards degen yield farmers. Also, excluding LPs due to returns often being partially or completely offset by Impermanent Loss (except between stablecoins with a Curve or Uni v3 pool)
