London Eip 1559 does not help

Ive noticed that before London Eip 1559 upgrade, transactions fees were lower. On the ledger each trans. were like 2.24€, after london upgrade now its 5.33€. (62 gwei) Eth is on the bull run again, and burning fees, does not help to reduce gwei nor its price since the dust's price of eth also increases..
