Ravencoin mining payments to wallet?

Hello.

I've noticed that it takes quite long to mine Ravencoin untill I get payment. In fact, I am not even sure if my mining is actually working right now. I have two different ravencoin web wallet and two different rigs I am mining in two different wallets right now, but I don't see any Ravencoin income. How much I need to mine Ravencoin or how long does it take untill I get payments?
