Building a RVN mining rig

I’m new to mining. I’d like to build a reasonably priced rig. Should I focus on CPU, RAM, or GPU fir RVN specifically? Also, I’m thinking about 6-8 GPUs, but they are so expensive. Is it better to have a few really great GPUs or 8 low- mid range GPUs? Thanks for the advice!
